The hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. The radiator in my room made the stay cozy though. The service was excellent from booking in to leaving, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was efficient for our stay, and I loved being close to the station and Pleasure Beach. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the fried bread. The facilities were great overall.

The dining was enjoyable, especially the fried bread. The Italian products offered were a nice touch. However, being swapped from the Henson to the sister hotel Calypso was a bit of a drawback.

The location offered convenience near the attractions but had some cleanliness issues. The dining experience was a hit or miss.
